On May 26, 2023, the Decision on the registration of the reduction of the Company’s share capital was published on the website of the Commercial Court in Rijeka.

The Company’s share capital is reduced from €201,265,404.26 by €0.26 to €201,265,404.00, divided into 2,279,473 shares without nominal value.
On 27.11.2021. the Decision on the registration of the increase in the share capital of the Company was published on the website of the Commercial Court in Rijeka.

The share capital of the Company is increased from 826,668,557.32 kuna by the amount of 689,765,631.10 kuna to the amount of 1,516,434,188.42 kuna.
The share capital of the Company is increased by issuing 790,010 new ordinary registered shares without nominal value to a total of 2,279,473 shares without nominal value.
On 07.05.2020, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency approved, at the request of the issuer Imperial Riviera d.d., a single prospectus for the listing of 488,012 ordinary shares, issued in registered form, in dematerialized form, without nominal value, on a regulated market.

Following the decision of HANFA, on May 15, 2020, the Central Depository and Clearing Company adopted a Decision on the conversion of shares of the issuer Imperial Riviera d.d., in such a way that 488,012 ordinary shares with the symbol HIMR-R-B, ISIN: HIMRRB0000, are converted into 488,012 ordinary shares with the symbol HIMR-R-A, ISIN: HIMRRA0001.

The last day of settlement of the existing 488,012 shares with the symbol HIMR-R-B in the CDCC information system is May 19, 2020, while the first day of settlement of the new quantity of 488,012 shares with the symbol HIMR-R-A in the CDCC information system is May 20, 2020.
On May 18, 2020, the Zagreb Stock Exchange adopted a Decision approving the listing of 488,012 shares with the symbol HIMR-R-A, ISIN: HIMRRA0001 on the Regular Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d. The first day of trading in the said shares is May 20, 2020.

By the decision of the Commercial Court in Rijeka dated 28.11.2019., an increase in the share capital was registered from the amount of 400,580,400 kuna, by the amount of 426,088,157.32 kuna, to the amount of 826,668,557.32 kuna.
By issuing 488,012 new ordinary registered shares, without nominal value, the number of issued shares of the Company increased to 1,489,463 registered shares, without nominal value.

By the decision of the Commercial Court in Rijeka dated 28.06.2019., an increase in the share capital was registered from the amount of 254,342,000 kuna, by the amount of 146,238,400 kuna, to the amount of 400,580,400 kuna.
By issuing 365,596 new ordinary registered shares, without nominal value, the number of issued shares of the Company increased to 1,001,451 ordinary registered shares, without nominal value.

The shares were issued in dematerialized form and registered in the Depository of Dematerialized Securities of the Central Depository and Clearing Company d.d. Zagreb.
The owner of the ordinary shares of the Issuer has the right to vote at the General Assembly of the Issuer, the right to participate in the distribution of profits (dividends) and the right to the bankruptcy or liquidation estate. Each share carries one vote. The owner of the shares has the right to information and notices about the Issuer’s work.

History:
In 1997, trading in shares of Imperial d.d. began on the Varaždin Stock Exchange.
On 20 November 2001, the share was registered in the Register of Dematerialized Securities of the Central Depository Agency, today the Central Depository and Clearing Company d.d. Zagreb.
On 28. 7. 2003, in accordance with legal obligations, the share was listed in the Quotation of Public Joint Stock Companies of the Varaždin Stock Exchange.
On 16. 3. 2007, with the merger of the Varaždin and Zagreb Stock Exchanges, the share of Imperial d.d. was transferred to the Quotation of Public Joint Stock Companies of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
On 1. 1. 2009, with the change in legal regulations, the share was listed in the Regular Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, where it is regularly traded.
