Imperial Riviera d.d. offers its guests accommodation in 10 hotels, 3 tourist resorts and 2 campsites in the leading Croatian tourist destinations: Rab, Poreč, Makarska and Dubrovnik. Ten hotels, three tourist resorts and two campsites with a capacity for 10,700 guests. More than 1,600 employees. Imperial Riviera d.d. is one of the five largest tourism companies in Croatia, created by the merger of Hoteli Makarska d.d. with Imperial d.d. in June 2019. The new company is a combination of quality and business tradition of Imperial and Hotel Makarska for more than five decades. The company was recapitalized in November 2019 by Valamar Riviera d.d. and AZ funds. In November 2019, the sale of the Zagreb Hotel, now Valamar Parentino Hotel in Poreč.
The second phase of the recapitalization was carried out in November 2021, also in partnership with Valamar Riviera d.d. and AZ funds. By purchasing three properties in the Dubrovnik destination, namely: Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik, Club Dubrovnik Sunny Hotel by Valamar and Valamar Tirena Hotel, the Company expanded its operations to the Dubrovnik destination in February 2022. Imperial Riviera offers its guests a sustainable and above all innovative tourism concept that stems from the diversity of the destinations of Rab, Makarska, Poreč and Dubrovnik, with even greater investment potential and a strategy for further growth and development.
